摘要
数控加工自动编程技术是现代制造中降低生产成本、提高生产效率的重要环节之一。本文开发了一种基于DXF文件的图形自动编程数控系统,描述了系统的总体结构和功能模块,从零件信息读取、工艺处理及数控代码生成、加工轨迹模拟设计三个方面说明该系统的工作原理。通过具体实例分析,该系统能够实现二维图形信息的获取,并自动转换为数控程序代码,与数控机床通信即可进行加工。
NC machining Auto programming technology is an important link to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency in modem manufacturing. It has been developed that a graphic automatic programmed numerical control system based on DXF. This paper describes general structure and functional module in this system, and explains operation principle from parts information reading, fabrication processing and tool path analog design. By analysis of instance, this system can carry out acquisition of two-dimensional graphic information, convert it into NC code automatically and finish machining from communication with CNC machine.
