摘要
针对高精度双曲面线性离子阱加工方法开展了研究,对常见双曲面线性离子阱加工方法进行了对比分析,总结出现有加工方法的局限性。提出了一种高精度双曲面线性离子阱的一体化线切割加工方法,并进行了加工验证,获得了高精度离子阱样件。
Linear ion trap with hyperboloidal surface is the core component of mass spectrometer,ion reaction instrument and other analytical instruments,and the performance of the analyzer was directly affected by its manufacturing precision. In this paper,the machining methods of high-precision linear ion trap with hyperboloidal surface was studied,and the common machining methods were compared and analyzed. An integrated wire-electrode cutting method for high-precision linear ion trap was proposed. Machining verification was performed,and the high-accuracy ion trap was obtained.
