摘要
提出一种基于慢走丝线切割技术的双曲面四极杆加工方法。金属杆整体先固定在陶瓷环上,再进行慢走丝加工,避开单杆加工、人工组装的传统工艺环节。通过测试及上机实验,确认采用慢走丝线切割技术加工的小尺寸金属四极杆,可以满足四极质谱仪性能要求。
