摘要
为了能够进一步降低27SiMn钢热处理过程中能源的消耗,借助于"加热-穿孔-轧制-定径-自然冷却-加热-施淬火-回火-自然冷却"热处理工艺,对于27SiMn钢热处理后性能进行了分析。通过研究可知随着回火温度的不断在增加,其抗拉强度值会呈现先增加后降低的趋势。在回火温度值逐步增大的过程中,试样冲击功呈现出不断增加的变化趋势。最后得出,在回火温度值为450℃情况下,所得27SiMn钢的综合性能最为优良,拉强度数值为888 MPa,屈服强度数值均为753 MPa,试样断后伸长率值为16%,试样断面收缩率值为61,试样冲击功值为63%。
In order to reduce the energy consumption in the process of 27 SiMn steel heat treatment, in the use of "heating-punch-rolling-sizing-natural cooling-heat-quenching-tempering-natural cooling" heat treatment process, for 27 SiMn steel after heat treatment was analyzed. It can be seen from the research that the tensile strength of the steel will increase first and then decrease with the increasing of tempering temperature.In the process of tempering temperature value increasing gradually, the impact work of sample shows a changing trend of increasing continuously.The test results show that in the case of tempering temperature is 450 ℃, the 27 SiMn steel obtained the comprehensive performance of the most excellent.27 SiMn steel tensile strength value is 888 MPa, yield strength are 753 MPa, break elongation value is 16%, the sample reduction of area value is 61,sample impact energy value is 63%.
