摘要
齿轮的应用范围广泛,为提高齿轮的质量和性能,延长齿轮的使用寿命,提升我国齿轮制作的技术,本文从齿轮材料的属性和金属热工艺处理技术两个角度出发分析了影响齿轮材料性能的因素,为改善齿轮的性能提供了科学的理论基础。
Gears are widely used.In order to improve the quality and performance of gears,prolong the service life of gears,and improve the technology of gear manufacturing in China,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the performance of gear materials from the two aspects of the properties of gear materials and metal heat treatment technology,providing a scientific theoretical basis for improving the performance of gears.
