摘要 随着原油品质的劣化,炼油装置塔顶系统腐蚀与结盐成为影响装置安全稳定运行的重要因素。基于塔河炼化常压塔顶系统操作工况及腐蚀介质情况,结合塔顶系统主要腐蚀机理及影响因素分析,采用了相应的防控措施:一方面,通过工艺流程模拟核算塔顶水露点温度,明确了塔顶操作温度控制限值,然后通过塔顶回流工艺流程优化,提高了回流返塔温度,避免了出现局部露点区域;另一方面,通过规范工艺防腐蚀操作、模拟计算适宜注水量等技术措施,有效保证了塔顶工艺防腐蚀效果。同时,建立针对常压塔顶系统的腐蚀控制回路操作窗口,对上述控制措施的主要参数形成了有效监控,提高了防腐蚀控制及管理水平,保障了装置长周期安全稳定运行。 For that the quality of crude oil was getting worse,corrosion and salt deposition at the overhead system were the important factors that affected the long-term stable operation of the unit.Based on the operating conditions and corrosion medium of overhead system in the atmospheric column in Tahe oil refinery,main corrosion mechanism and influencing factors were analyzed.Firstly,dew point temperature of the overhead was calculated by process simulation,and control limit value of the operating temperature was defined.By optimizing the reflux process at the overhead,the reflux temperature was increased so as to avoid local dew-point corrosion.Secondly,through standardizing the anti-corrosion operation process,simulating the appropriate water injection rate and other technical measures,anti-corrosion effect was guaranteed.Finally,the above control measures were effectively monitored by establishing operation window of the corrosion loop,which improved the level of anticorrosive control and management,and ensured the long-term stable operation of the plant.
