摘要
对常减压装置加工塔河原油后产生的设备腐蚀状况进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。认为塔河原油属于劣质原油,对装置的腐蚀影响较大,应加强工艺防腐蚀和腐蚀监测等措施,确保装置的长周期平稳运行。
Equipment Corrosion of the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit processing Tahe Crude Oil was analyzed. Corresponding corrosion control measures were recommended. As the low - quality Tahe Crude Oil has a greater impact on the corrosion of the unit equipment, process corrosion prevention and corrosion detection should be strengthened to ensure the long - term reliable operation of the unit.
