摘要 常压塔顶系统是炼油生产装置中腐蚀问题易发多发部位。分析认为初凝区酸腐蚀、铵(胺)盐垢下腐蚀、多项流冲蚀、应力腐蚀开裂是塔顶系统腐蚀的主要腐蚀机理;设备或管线减薄、穿孔或焊缝开裂泄漏是塔顶系统腐蚀的主要表现形式。提出从装置规划设计、设备制造安装、原料控制和工艺操作、腐蚀监检测和运行维护多个环节入手,采取综合措施,进行腐蚀控制。 Atmospheric tower overhead system was a place where corrosion problems often occurred in oil refining units.The main corrosion mechanisms of tower overhead system were acid corrosion in initial condensation zone,corrosion under ammonium salt scale,multiple flow erosion and stress corrosion cracking.Thinning,perforation or weld cracking and leakage of equipment or pipeline were the main performance forms of corrosion of tower top system.It was necessary to take comprehensive measures to control corrosion from the aspects of plant planning and design,equipment manufacturing and installation,raw material control and process operation,corrosion monitoring and operation maintenance.
