摘要
目的分析本院输血不良反应发生情况及原因,为临床科学合理的用血提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2017年12月本院82人次输血不良反应,对反应类型及血液成分进行统计分析。结果总输血37686人次,输血反应82人次,输血不良反应率0.22%;本院输血不良反应率呈逐年下降的趋势;非溶血性输血反应明显高于溶血性输血反应,过敏反应和发热反应明显高于其他反应,血小板输血反应率明显高于红细胞,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论本院输血反应率逐年下降,对医务人员进行输血知识培训及时准确上报输血反应,科学合理的用血,降低输血不良反应发生。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and cause of adverse reactions of blood transfusion in the hospital,and provide theoretical basis for clinical scientific and rational blood use.Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 adverse reactions of blood transfusion in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 was performed,and the types of reactions and blood components were analyzed statistically.Results The number of total blood transfusion was 37686,the transfusion reaction was 82,the transfusion adverse reaction rate was 0.22%;the rate of adverse transfusion reaction in the hospital was decreasing year by year;the non-hemolytic transfusion reaction was significantly higher than the hemolytic transfusion reaction,and the allergic reaction and fever reaction were obvious.Compared with other reactions,the response rate of platelet transfusion was significantly higher than that of red blood cells,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The rate of blood transfusion reaction in the hospital has been decreasing year by year.Medical personnel are trained in blood transfusion knowledge to report blood transfusion reactions in a timely and accurate manner,use blood scientifically and reasonably,and reduce the incidence of adverse blood transfusion rea ctions.
