常规输血与少白细胞技术输血对输血不良反应的降低作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较常规输血与少白细胞技术输血对输血不良反应的降低作用。方法将2017年1月-2018年12月在本院进行悬浮红细胞、去白细胞红细胞、单采血小板三种血液成分输血治疗的17 834人次作为主要研究对象,其中12 279例患者行常规输血,5 555例患者行少白细胞技术输血,对比常规输血与输少白细胞患者的输血不良反应发生率。结果少白细胞技术输血患者的输血不良反应发生率与常规输血患者相比,相对较低,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在输血中运用少白细胞技术输血可提高输血的安全性,降低输血不良反应发生率,可充分合理运用血液,保障治疗的有效性和安全性,可在临床输血中优先考虑使用。 Objective To compare the decrease effect of conventional blood transfusion and leukocyte-free transfusion on the adverse reactions of transfusion. Methods The main research object was 17 834 person-times of transfusion treatment of three blood components, suspended red blood cells, leukocyte-free red blood cells, and apheresis platelets, in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. Among these, 12 279 patients were received routine blood transfusion, 5 555 patients were underwent leukocytic technology transfusion, and compared the incidence of adverse blood transfusion reactions between conventional and leukocytic patients. Results The incidence of adverse transfusion reactions in patients with leukocytic technology transfusion was relatively lower than that in patients with conventional blood transfusion, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of leukocytic technology in blood transfusion can improve the safety of blood transfusion, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion, use blood reasonably, ensure the effectiveness and safety of treatment, and give priority to use in clinical blood transfusion.
