摘要
随着经济的发展,文化建设受重视程度越来越高,各行各业对于文化建设的投入比重都出现大幅增长。医院文化会影响医院工作人员工作水平,医疗服务水平也会受到一定影响。医院群众文化源自于群体,因而具备组织化的特点,可反映出医院的核心观念,对于医院工作人员有引导作用。医院群众文化建设对于全院人员的精神文明建设意义重大,其社会属性和文化属性,有助于提升全院的文化与文明程度,促使医院内部形成良好的风气。本文主要根据本院群众文化建设情况,分析如何在本院加强新时期群众文化工作建设的方法,以期为业内人士提供参考意见。
With the development of the economy,cultural construction has been paid more and more attention,and the proportion of investment in cultural construction by all walks of life has increased substantially.Hospital culture will affect the work level of hospital staff,and the level of medical services will also be affected.The hospital mass culture originates from the group,so it has the characteristics of organization,which can reflect the core concept of the hospital and has a guiding role for the hospital staff.The construction of hospital mass culture is of great significance to the spiritual civilization construction of the staff of the hospital.Its social attributes and cultural attributes will help to enhance the culture and civilization of the hospital and promote a good atmosphere within the hospital.Based on the situation of mass culture construction in our college,this paper analyzes how to strengthen the construction of mass cultural work in the new era in the hospital,with a view to providing reference for the industry.
