摘要
随着医院改革发展的不断推进,医院文化建设的重要性愈加突显。医院文化作为医院管理的重要内容,体现着医院的发展目标和工作特色,更应成为医务工作者的共同价值理念和价值追求。工会组织的政治性、先进性、群众性特质,在医院文化建设中有着不可替代的优势。通过履行职能、开展工作、组织活动使工会作用有效发挥,达到凝聚员工力量、形成理想共识、激发创新活力的目标,从而促进医院文化建设的发展。
Along with the deepening hospital reform, the construction of hospital cuhure has been becoming more and more impor- tant. Trade unions of hospitals have irreplaceable advantages in the construction of hospital culture. Through carrying out trade union's functions and organizing activities, trade union can unify the force of staff, stimulate their work enthusiasm, so as to en- hance the construction of hospital culture.
