摘要
文章收集了外来农民工在湖州市的就业生活相关信息,比较分析了新型城镇化建设中不同类型外来农民工在就业创业、公共服务均等化、社会融合等方面的现状与特征,提出了赋予和保护外来农民工市民权利、建立健全外来农民工就业培训体系、鼓励外来农民工以家庭化方式融入城市生活等建议,以期为市委市政府科学制定农民工政策提供可靠依据和参考。
This paper collects relevant information about the employment and life of migrant workers in Huzhou City,compares and analyses the current situation and characteristics of different types of migrant workers in employment and entrepreneurship,equalization of public services,social integration,etc.In the construction of new urbanization,the paper puts forward the endowment and protection of urban rights of migrant workers,the establishment and improvement of stable posts and transfer training for migrant workers.Policy measures and suggestions of encouraging migrant workers to integrate into urban life in a family way will provide reliable basis and reference for the Municipal Committee and Municipal Government to formulate migrant workers’policies scientifically.
