摘要
在生育政策调整背景下,民航女乘务员离职率不断升高,对航空公司和民航业都意味着人才流失和资源浪费。其中因生育和家庭原因中断职业的女乘务员占多数,主要是由于孩子太小,加上乘务员职业性质特殊,她们无法朝九晚五正常上下班,为了更好地照顾孩子,不得已放弃工作。为了降低民航女乘务员的离职率,减轻由于生育给她们带来的压力,尽快完善生育的社会支持格外重要。应从国家法律政策支持、企业工会支持和家庭成员支持几个维度,完善生育的社会支持。
Under the background of the adjustment of fertility policy, the turnover rate of civil aviation flight attendants keeps rising, which means the brain drain and waste of resources for both airlines and civil aviation industry.Fertility and family reasons to interrupt the occupation of the flight attendants accounted for the majority, mainly because the child is too small, plus the flight attendants professional nature is special, unable to work towards the nine to five normal commuting time. In order to take care of the children, they have to give up work. In order to reduce the turnover rate of flight attendants and reduce the pressure brought to them by childbirth, it is particularly important to improve social support for fertility as soon as possible. This paper will put forward suggestions on improving social support for fertility from several dimensions: support from national laws and policies, support from trade unions and support from family members.
