摘要
从支持妇女就业、平衡妇女家庭与工作矛盾的角度出发,世界发达国家在其家庭政策中都表现出加强政府对公共托幼事业的责任这一显著的发展趋势,值得中国政府予以重视。托幼事业不仅是基础教育事业,而且是社会公益事业,尤其对妇女的就业与发展有着积极的作用。中国政府应同时考虑托幼政策的社会意义,着眼于给予妇女更多平等发展权利,通过制定更为合理的公共托幼政策促进家庭与社会的和谐发展。
From the view of supporting women to reconciling work and family responsibilities, many developed countries have strengthened their governments＇ duties in their child-care policies, which should be noticed by Chinese government. Child-care is not only related to elementary education, but also to the public welfare. Chinese government should think more about its child-care policy＇s significance to women＇s equal develooment in work and families＇ harmony.
