摘要
泰国某地区萤石矿石CaF2品位为38.98%,主要有用矿物为萤石,主要脉石矿物为石英、水铝氟石,并含有少量方解石、云母类矿物、含铁矿物。原矿中大部分萤石嵌布粒度较细,被石英或水铝氟石包裹,属难选萤石矿石。探究了磨矿细度、调整剂用量、抑制剂用量和捕收剂用量对浮选试验的影响,优化了工艺参数。通过"分级-1次粗选-5次精选"开路浮选试验,可获得CaF2品位分别为97.47%和92.34%的萤石精矿,开路流程总回收率分别为13.10%和25.98%。
The raw fluorite ore (CaF2 grade is 38.98%) from a certain area of Thailand contains quartz,prosopite,mica and iron-bearing minerals.Most of the fluorite in the raw ore is finely disseminated and wrapped in quartz or prosopite,which is a refractory fluorite ore.The effects of grinding fineness,dosage of adjusting agent,dosage of depressant and collector on flotation test were investigated,and the technological parameters were optimized.Through the open-circuit flotation test of " classification-1 roughness-5 concentrate",fluorite concentrates with 97.47% grade and 92.34% grade can be obtained,and the recovery rates are 13.10% and 25.98%,respectively.
