摘要
采用酸化水玻璃作为墨西哥高钙型萤石矿浮选抑制剂,结果表明,浮选使用酸化水玻璃有利于尾矿矿浆中微细粒沉降,得到澄清回水,同时获得比现有方案更好的分选指标和更快的浮选速度,并能降低药剂消耗。
The flotation of Mexico high calcium type fluorite ore using acidized water glass (AWG) as depressant has been studied. The experimental results showed that the flotation with AWG could considerably improve the sedimentation of fine particles in tailing slurry and thus produce clean recycled water, furthermore, the new scheme achieved a better separation indexes and higher flotation rate than the actual scheme, and allowed a great saving on reagent cost.
