摘要
黑龙江某石墨矿石固定碳含量为9.06%,石墨主要呈片状,主要脉石矿物为石英、白云母,硫化矿物少量。为了确定该矿石的选矿工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用7段磨矿、1粗8精2扫、中矿2~中矿5合并返回精选1、中矿6~中矿8合并返回精选4、中矿1与扫选1精矿合并再选后返回、扫选2精矿返回扫选1的闭路流程处理,最终获得固定碳品位91.79%、回收率93.57%的石墨精矿。
Fixed carbon content of a graphite mine in Heilongjiang is 9.06%,graphite is mainly flake,the main gangue minerals are quartz,muscovite and a small amount of sulfide minerals.In order to determine the beneficiation process of the ore,beneficiation experiments were carried out.The closed-circuit process of 7 stage grinding,1 stage roughing,8 stage concentrations,2 stage scavenging,middling ore 2~5 returning to 1 stage concentrations,middling ore 6~8 returning to 4 stage concentrations,middling ore 1 and scavenging concentrate 1 returning to roughing,scevenging 2 concentrate returning to 1 stage scavenging was adopted.The fixed carbon grade of graphite concentrate is 91.79%and the recovery is 93.57%.
