摘要
本次试验以辽宁某地铁尾矿作为研究对象,采用XRD分析、光片、砂片分析、化学成分分析对矿样进行了工艺矿物学研究,该铁尾矿中的云母主要以黑云母为主,含有少量金云母,长石类矿物。因此采用K_2O含量作为云母矿物含量标定,酸性浮选,可以得到产率为14.17%、K_2O品位为5.76%的云母精矿。XRD分析结果显示,云母精矿样品的主要成分为钡镁脆云母(相对含量为38.6%)、黑云母(相对含量为61.2%)、蛭石(相对含量为0.2%)。
In this experiment,iron tailings from a certain place in Liaoning province are taken as the research object.The mineral samples were studied by XRD analysis,light sheet,sand sheet analysis,and chemical multi-element analysis.The mica in the iron tailings is mainly biotite,containing a small amount of gold mica.The content of feldspar minerals in the tailings is small,so the content of K2O is used as the content of mica minerals.This test adopts the flotation method of acidic pulp flotation,and the mica concentrate with a yield of 14.17%and a K2O grade of 5.76%can be obtained.XRD analysis results show that the main components of the mica concentrate sample are barium magnesium brittle mica(relative content of 38.6%),biotite(relativecontent of 61.2%),vermiculite(relative content of 0.2%).The existence of barium-magnesium brittle mica is the main reason why the potassium content of mica concentrate is lower than the theoretical grade.
