摘要
本文主要对国外某红土镍矿原矿进行工艺矿物学分析,以便更好地进行回转窑直接还原镍铁的工艺研究。其间主要采用显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析,对其矿物组成进行鉴定。分析结果表明,红土镍矿的主要矿物组成为含镍蛇纹石(含镍量变化不定)、绿泥石、针铁矿。
This paper mainly analyzed the process mineralogy of a foreign laterite nickel ore,in order to better study the process of direct reduction of ferronickel by rotary kiln.In the meantime,the microscope,scanning electron microscope,and X-ray diffraction analysis were mainly used to identify its mineral composition.The analysis results show that the main mineral composition of laterite nickel ore is nickel-containing serpentine(with variable nickel content),chlorite,and goethite.
