学校班级自主管理模式的构建及实践

摘要 学校管理以班级为单位。这个基本单元有许多功能。它不仅是教学、组织活动和学科的基本单位,也是学生交流和成长的最低环境。班级管理的目标应该是分层的,其相应的模式也应该是系统可行的。如何使班级管理生动、全面、高水平,要求教师在实践中不断探索和研究班级管理的对策。文章主要分析了艺术院校的自我管理模式,提出了改进的思路、要点和步骤,并进行了改进,阐述了实施后的效果和存在的问题。最后,从加强德育和文化建设、灵活运用竞争机制、加强对班级自我的管理理论的研究三个方面提出了艺术院校自我管理的保障。 Class is the unit of school management.This basic unit has many functions.It is not only the basic unit of teaching,organizing activities and disciplines,but also the lowest environment for students to communicate and grow up.The goal of class management should be hierarchical,and the corresponding model should be systematic and feasible.How to make class management vivid,comprehensive and high level requires teachers to constantly explore and study the countermeasures of class management in practice.This paper mainly analyses the self-management mode of art colleges,puts forward the ideas,key points and steps for improvement,and makes improvements,and expounds the effects and problems after implementation.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee of self-management in art colleges from three aspects:strengthening moral education and cultural construction,flexible use of competition mechanism,and strengthening the study of class self-management theory.
