摘要
目的评价个性化护理管理工作的落实对眼科患者视力控制、预后的影响,在提高护理管理质量的同时提高眼科患者视力控制、预后效果。方法选择该院眼科2018年3月—2019年2月期间收治的患者,从中选择100例患者。结合护理管理方法不同,随机分组,对照组50例眼科患者以及试验组50例眼科患者分别接受常规护理管理、个性化护理管理模式。对比对照组与试验组眼科疾病患者管理满意度、管理质量评分。结果试验组眼科疾病患者干预后管理满意度、管理质量评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼科患者护理工作中落实个性化护理管理可以明显促进患者视力控制,进而提高患者治疗预后与生活质量,具有科室推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the impact of the implementation of personalized nursing management on vision control and prognosis of ophthalmic patients,and improve the quality of nursing management while improving the visual acuity control and prognosis of ophthalmology patients.Methods Patients who underwent treatment from March 2018 to February 2019 in the hospital were selected and 100 patients were selected.In combination with different nursing management methods,random grouping,50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the experimental group received routine nursing management and personalized nursing management.The management satisfaction and management quality scores of patients with ophthalmic diseases in the control group and the experimental group were compared.Results The management satisfaction and management quality scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing management in the nursing work of ophthalmology patients can significantly promote the vision control of patients,thereby improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients,and has the value of departmental promotion.
