摘要
目的分析新形势下持续质量改进模式在眼科护理管理中应用效果及提升情况。方法选择性分析该院自2017年8月—2018年9月选择的160例眼科患者作为研究对象,按照门诊信息分成对照组和观察组各80例,对照组患者给予常规的管理模式,而观察组患者采取新形势下持续质量改进模式护理管理,分析两组眼科患者的临床护理效果和护理质量情况。结果对照组患者的护理质量情况要低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的临床护理效果要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新形势下持续质量改进模式护理管理,可以有效提升患者的护理质量以及护理满意度,提高患者的康复效果,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect and improvement of continuous quality improvement model in ophthalmology nursing management under the new situation. Methods A total of 160 ophthalmic patients selected from August2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects. According to the outpatient information, 80 patients in the control group and the observation group each. The patients in the control group were given regular management mode.The patients in the observation group underwent continuous quality improvement model nursing management under the new situation, and analyzed the clinical nursing effect and quality of care of the two groups of ophthalmic patients. Results The quality of care in the control group was lower than that in the observation group, the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05). The clinical nursing effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was obvious. the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to give continuous quality improvement model nursing management under the new situation. This management model can effectively improve the quality of care and satisfaction of patients, and can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
