摘要
党的十九大报告指出:要完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。这一理念的提出对现代高职院校的发展带来机遇与挑战,如何将学生培养成为社会有用的人才是备受关注的问题,文章基于化学化工专业的特点,分析高职院校对该专业的人才培养模式的构建方法策略,希望可以推进高职院校该专业的发展。
According to the report to the 19th CPC National Congress content:to improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration,production and education cooperation between colleges and the concept is put forward for the development of modern higher vocational colleges bring opportunities and challenges,how to train students into useful talents for the society is a problem of concern,in this paper,based on the characteristics of chemical specialty,analysis of the professional personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges construction method strategy,hoping to promote the development of the specialty in higher vocational colleges.
