摘要
循证教学(evidence-based teaching)指在特定的教学环境下,在具备业务素质和水平管理者的协调下,基于当前可获得的最佳教学研究证据,结合教育者教学技能、经验和智慧,充分考虑受教育者意愿和价值观的基础上进行教学实践。循证教学是在循证医学的影响下产生的分支之一,循证教学作为一种新的教学实践模式,必将对传统教学产生影响,但循证教学的出现,并不能否定和取代所有的传统教学,而是对传统教学的补充和完善。本文拟通过梳理国内外循证教学的产生和发展情况,概述循证教学的定义、特点、实践基础、步骤以及价值和意义,以期为了解循证教学的人员提供参考和借鉴。
Evidence-based teaching refers to the combination of the best available teaching research evidence,combined with the teaching skills,experience and wisdom of the educator,in the context of a specific teaching environment,coordinated by the quality of the business and the level of management.Teaching practice based on the willingness and values of the educated.Evidence-based teaching is one of the branches produced under the influence of evidence-based medicine.Evidence-based teaching as a new teaching practice model will definitely affect traditional teaching,but the emergence of evidence-based teaching cannot negate and replace all traditional teaching,but complement and improve traditional teaching.The purpose of this study was to summarize the definition,characteristics,practical basis,steps,value and significance of evidence-based teaching by combing the emergence and development of evidence-based teaching at home and abroad,in order to provide reference and reference for those who understand evidence-based teaching.
