摘要
本文介绍了钼精矿的冶金工艺,并以南方某企业的钼精矿冶炼生产钼酸铵和铼酸铵为例介绍了废水的主要来源为萃取、酸沉、酸分解及水洗工序。根据各主要废水产生工序的水质特点,总结了这四种废水都属于典型的强酸性、高氨氮、高COD、高盐的重金属废水,对环境危害非常大,必须先进行无害化处理后才能排放。作者根据废水的组成提出采用预处理除油除COD→汽提精馏高效脱氨→电催化深度处理的组合工艺,可以将废水中的氨氮、COD和重金属处理至地表水环境质量标准,并可实现废水中氨氮、重金属等有价物质的资源化回收,真正实现了废水的无害化和资源化处理。
The metallurgical process of molybdenum concentrate was introduced in this paper.Taking the production process of ammonium molybdate and ammonium rhenate by molybdenum concentrate smelting in a southern enterprise as an example,the main sources of wastewater are extraction,acid precipitation,acid decomposition and water washing.According to the water quality characteristics of the main wastewater production processes,it is summarized that these four kinds of wastewater are typical heavy metal wastewater with strong acidity,high ammonia nitrogen,high COD and high salt.It is very harmful to the environment and must be treated innocently before discharge.The author according to the composition of wastewater put forward the combination process:pretreatment of oil and COD removal,efficient ammonia removal by stripping distillation,Electrocatalytic deep treatment.Which could reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,COD and heavy metals in the wastewater to the environmental quality standards of surface water.Whatever,the valuable substances such as ammonia nitrogen and heavy metals in the wastewater can be recycled,which truly realized the harmless and resource treatment of wastewater.
