摘要
研究了等量稻壳炭施加对不同程度铅和镉污染的青菜种植土壤的修复效果.铅和镉模拟污染施加量为国家土壤污染风险筛选值的1倍、2倍、4倍和8倍(T1、T2、T4和T8),以不施加为对照(T0),共5个处理,每个处理5次重复;稻壳炭按2.5%进行等量施加.结果表明:(1)施加稻壳炭后,土壤pH、有机质和有效磷含量显著提高,铵态氮含量降低,而硝态氮含量的变化不显著;各重金属处理之间土壤理化性质(土壤pH、有机质、速效磷、铵态氮和硝态氮)不存在显著差异;(2)稻壳炭对低浓度铅和镉污染土壤具有较好的修复效果,而对高浓度铅和镉污染土壤的修复能力有限;T 4处理下,种植作物青菜铅和镉含量显著增加,而T1和T2处理下青菜的铅和镉含量与对照组相比较并无显著差异;(3)青菜不同部位对重金属有着不同的吸收转运能力,叶中镉积累量大于根.
We conducted an experiment to explore the effects of the application of rice husk biochar on the remediation of soil polluted with different level of Pb and Cd and planted with Brassica chinensis L..Five treatment,including 4 simulated pollution levels,i.e.1(T1),2(T2),4(T4)and 8(T8)times to the risk screening values for soil contamination of agricultural land in China and a CK,each with 5 replicates,the application of rice husk biochar was 25 g/kg(2.5%).The results showed that(1)soil pH,organic matter,available phosphorus increased and ammonium nitrogen decreased significantly,while the content of nitrate nitrogen were not significantly changed after biochar application,besides,these soil factors were not significantly different across the treatments.(2)The biochar application with 25 g/kg had a good remediation effect on the low level contaminated soil,but had no obvious effect on the high level polluted soil.The Pb,Cd content in B.chinensis increased significantly under T4 treatment,while the T1,T2 treatment was not significantly different to CK.(3)The content of Pb and Cd in B.chinensis was different in roots and shoots,and the content of Cd in shoots was higher than roots.
