摘要
采用正交实验法和X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,研究了利用镀Ni废水制备超细Ni粉的工艺。实验结果表明:各因素对Ni2+回收率影响的大小顺序为反应温度>pH>聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)加入量>n(N2H4.H2O)∶n(Ni2+);不同分散剂对Ni2+回收率和Ni粉粒度影响不同,PVP对应的产物的分散效果最好;在反应温度80℃、pH12、PVP加入量4.6g/L、n(N2H4.H2O)∶n(Ni2+)=2.0的条件下,产物Ni粉的平均粒径为0.86μm,晶胞常数为3.523nm,制备的Ni粉纯度高,废水中的Ni2+回收率为99.36%。
The process for preparation of ultrafine nickel powder from nickel plating wastewater was studied by orthogonal experiments and XRD,SEM analysis methods.The experimental results show that: The order of the factors affecting Ni2+ recovery rate is as follows: reaction temperature>pH>polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) dosage>n(N2H4·H2O) ∶n(Ni2+);The effects of different dispersants on Ni2+ recovery rate and nickel powder size are different,and the effect of PVP on product dispersion is the best;Under the conditions of reaction temperature 80 ℃,pH 12,PVP dosage 4.6 g/L and n(N2H4·H2O) ∶n(Ni2+)=2.0,the nickel powder product has a high purity with 0.86 μm of average particle size and 3.523 nm of lattice constant,and the recovery rate of Ni2+ in the wastewater is 99.36%.
