宫颈癌常规放疗与图像引导的调强放疗近期并发症及疗效的对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究宫颈癌常规放疗与图像引导的调强放疗近期并发症及疗效的对比。方法方便选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的80例宫颈癌患者展开对照研究,将其分为观察组(图像引导的调强放疗)与对照组(常规放疗)各40例,分组方法为随机分列表法,探讨实施不同治疗对治疗效果的影响。结果在2年生存率上,观察组(87.50%)显著比对照组(65.00%)高(χ^2=5.591,P<0.05),在复发率上,观察组(0.00%)显著比对照组(10.00%)低(χ^2=4.211,P<0.05),在恶心、呕吐、腹泻、泌尿系统、骨髓抑制上,观察组放疗反应发生均显著比对照组低(χ^2=7.627、6.273、7.807、9.947,P<0.05)。结论术后图像引导的调强放疗组2年生存率明显优于常规放疗组,与常规放疗相比,适型调强放疗反应较低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the recent complications and efficacy of conventional radiotherapy and image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods Convenient elect a total of 80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group(image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy)and control group(conventional radiotherapy).The grouping method was randomized list method.To explore the impact of different treatments on treatment outcomes.Results In the 2-year survival rate,the observation group(87.50%)was significantly higher than the control group(65.00%)(χ^2=5.591,P<0.05).In the recurrence rate,the observation group(0.00%)was significantly better than the control group(10.00%)(χ^2=4.211,P<0.05).In the nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,urinary system,and myelosuppression,the radiotherapy response in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=7.627,6.273,7.807,9.947,P<0.05).Conclusion The 2-year survival rate of postoperative image-guided intensity-modulated radiotherapy group is significantly better than that of conventional radiotherapy group.Compared with conventional radiotherapy,the response of type-modulated intensity-modulated radiotherapy is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
