摘要
分析了《物流沙盘实训》课程内涵和在培养创新创业能力方面的课程优势,从课程定位、内容设置和教学过程组织三个层面提出物流沙盘实训实施要点,并在教学过程组织中探讨企业经营规则制定、模拟经营、渗透创业精神、制定考核评价标准。实践证明,将《物流沙盘实训》作为创新创业的实训项目,极好的培养了学生的创新创业能力和职业素养。
This paper analyzes the connotation of the Logistics Sand Table Training course and its advantages in cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the students,and puts forward the main points of logistics sand table training from the three aspects of course positioning,content setting and teaching process organization.Then for the teaching process organization,it discusses the formulation of enterprise operating rules,simulated operation,penetration of the entrepreneurial spirit,and formulation of the assessment standards.After practical application,it is proved that as a practical training project for the innovation and entrepreneurship education,Logistics Sand Table Training has excellently cultivated the competence of innovation,entrepreneurship and professionalism of the students.
