摘要
2019年西安职业技术学院会计与金融学院首次荣获陕西省教育厅主办的“模拟经营沙盘”大赛一等奖,实现我院次赛事一等奖零的突破.反思经验展望未来,现就该赛项从校内海选、人才储备、赛前模拟及积极备战等多维度分析本次比赛的经验及反思.
In 2019,the School of Accounting and Finance of Xi'an Vocational and Technical College won the first prize in the"Simulated Operation Sand Table Competition"sponsored by the education department of Shaanxi province,achieving a breakthrough of zero first prize in our college.Reflecting on the experience and looking forward to the future,this paper analyses the experience and reflection of this competition from the aspects of school auditions,talent reserve,pre-competition simulation and active preparation.
