摘要
为大倾角振动给料机的衬板选择了四种材料,即A3钢、中碳低合金钢、2Cr13和高铬铸铁。在自制的低应力磨损试验机上对这四种材料进行了磨损试验,并分析了它们的磨损机理,在低应力磨损工况条件下,合理选择了衬板材料。
Four materials namely A3 steel,medium carbon low-alloy steel,2Cr13 and high chromium cast iron have been selected for the liner plate of large inclination-angle vibratory feeder.The worn test has been conducted to the four materials on the self-made low-stress abrasion testing machine.The worn mechanism has been analyzed.Finally,the reasonable material for liner plate has been selected under the low-stress worn working state.
