摘要
对国内某大型铁矿湿式工况条件下大型半自磨机筒体衬板进行磨损失效分析。采用化学分析法,对试样进行成分分析、硬度测试、微观组织分析、磨损面及亚表层显微硬度及磨损形貌分析,讨论了该工况条件下衬板的磨损失效机理。结果表明,长时间在钢球、磨料冲击和摩擦的共同作用下,大型半自磨机合金钢衬板的失效是由冲击和磨料磨损的交互作用造成的,且主要磨损失效机制为显微切削和疲劳剥落。
Wear failure analysis on the shell liner of the large SAG mill in a domestic large iron mine was conducted under wet grinding conditions.Chemical analysis method was applied to carry out element analysis,hardness test,microstructure analysis,analysis on microhardness and wear morphology of worn face and subsurface,and the wear failure mechanism of the liner under wet grinding conditions was discussed.The results showed:under the impact and friction of grinding balls and minerals for long time,the alloy liner of SAG mill failed due to the interaction of impact and abrasive wear,and the main wear failure mechanism was micro-cutting and fatigue spalling.
