摘要
借助X射线仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及硬度仪等 ,研究了不同处理态高铬铸铁的组织与性能。结果表明 :高铬铸铁的性能与不同状态下的组织结构具有良好的对应关系 ;中温短时回火可改善材料的使用性能。
The microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron in different treatment states are studied by use of measurement technologies, such as XRD, OM, SEM and Hardness test. Experimental results show that materials with different morphology and structure have different performance and shorttime and middletemperature tempering can improve the materials' service performance.
