摘要
赵国定教授为上海市名中医,擅长运用中医药治疗心血管疾病。在膏方辨治胸痹方面,赵国定教授以"因人施膏、整体调理"、"扶正补虚、调治兼施"、"健脾醒胃、动静结合"为总的指导原则。他根据冠心病易感体质,认为临床上胸痹病属本虚标实,本虚表现以(阳)气虚证、气阴两虚证型为主,邪实往往表现以痰浊与瘀血互结证型为主,治宜"痰瘀同治,治辨虚实",从整体出发,以平和为主辨证施膏。膏方不唯补,宜调补与治病并施,衷中参西,同时善用药对。他善调理脾胃以治疗冠心病,提出"培土之本,以养心颐"的观点,用药讲究动静结合。结合具体病例分析,能够指导临床,行之有效。
Professor ZHAO Guoding,as a Shanghai Municipal Renowned Doctor,is good at curing cardiovascular disease with Chinese meidine. From the aspect of using ointment formula to treat chest pain disease,he generalized some guiding principles such as " Prescribing ointment according to different people and coordinating in the concept of holism", " Combining coordinating and treatment to reinforce the body and fill the deficiency", " Combining activating Qi and nourishing herbal medicine to fortify the spleen and stomach". According to the susceptible constitution of coronary disease,he believed that chest pain disease belonged to the syndrome of deficiency of Ben and excessive of Biao. The deficiency of Ben was mainly manifested as deficiency of Qi (yang) or Qi and yin. The excessive Biao was often manifested as stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis. It was advisable to treat both phlegm and blood stasis and to differentiate deficiency and excess of substance,using the holistic principle to prescribe ointment formula mildly. The usage of ointment formula is not only for tonifying,but also for curing. He practiced medicine combining Chinese medicine with western medicine,being perfect at using paired herbs. He was also good at curing coronary heart disease by regulating the spleen and stomach,which putting forward the viewpoint of " strengthening the spleen to help the growth of heart". He emphasized the combination of functions of static and dynamic herbs in ointment formula. Those ideas combined with the case analysis at the end of this article could really guide the clinical practice to improve the therapeutic effect.
