摘要 心胃相关是指心与胃在生理病理上相互联系、相互影响的关系,心胃相关理论体现了中医的整体观、辩证观。深入探讨内脏感觉的初级传入中枢—孤束核(NucleusoftheSolitaryTract,NTS)在心胃相关中的作用,可为心胃相关理论提供现代神经生物学依据,为中医基础理论的现代化研究提供一定的思路和方法。 The correlation of heart and stomach is a kind of relationship between heart and stomach affected and connected each other in physiological and pathological aspects. The theory of correlation of heart and stomach show whole concept and syndrome differentiation concept . Through exploring the effect of NTS in the correlation of heart and stomach deeply, it can supply the basis of the modern nerve biology for the theory of correlation of heart and stomach, also supply some approach and ways for modern research of basic theory of TCM.
