电针四白穴诱导大鼠孤束核c-fos表达的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察电针足阳明经四白穴诱导大鼠孤束核(nucleus of solitary tract,NTS)的原癌基因c—fos表达,探讨四白穴与胃的延髓初级中枢联系。方法采用抗FOS蛋白的免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)。结果电针刺激“四白”穴组,在延髓的孤束核(NTS)、迷走神经背核(DMNX)、三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核(nSpVc)、最后区(AP)、延髓腹外侧区(VLM)及网状结构(RF)中可发现FOS样免疫反应(Fos—like—immunoreactivity,FLI)阳性神经元,为双侧分布,无明显侧别差异。在NTS内有广泛的FLI神经元,且在孤束内侧亚核(mnTS)内FLI神经元数目电针四白组与非经非穴组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论提示电针足阳明经四白穴,通过激活延髓内与内脏信息相关的中枢核团神经元来调节胃功能。 Objective To observe the protooncogene c-fos expression in medial subnucleus of NTS (mNTS) induced by electroacupuncture (EA) of Sibai (ST2), and to explore the associated mechanism between Sibai (ST2) and the Stomach. Method Anti- c-fos protein immunohistochemistry was applied. Resuits EA of Sibai (ST2), fos-gene positive cells were found bilaterally without significant difference in medulla oblongata NTS, dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve (DMNX), spinal trigeminal caudal subnucleus (nSpVc), area postrema (AP), ventrolateral medulla (VLM) and reticular formation (RF). There were wide Fos-like-immunoreactivity positive cells in NTS by EA of Sibai (ST2) ; as for mNTS, there were more FLI positive cells expression than that induced by EA of non-meridian and non-acupuncture ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion EA of Sibai (ST2) can regulate stomach function through exciting the medulla oblongata' s neurons activity that associated with viscera function.
