摘要
为了解决塔式起重机单侧四杆式超静定弹性附着装置的内力计算问题,本文应用力法推导了这种超静定附着结构在一般非对称安装和对称安装两种条件下杆件内力计算的精确解析解,得到了附着装置各方向解耦的支撑刚度。运用本文的方法对实际塔机附着装置进行计算分析,通过有限元软件验证了本文计算方法的正确性和有效性。
In order to calculate the internal forces of the elastic statically indeterminate attachment device used in the tower crane, which consists of four bars located on one side, the force method is used to derive the analytical expression of the internal forces on the asymmetric and symmetric conditions, and the corresponding decoupled support stiffness is obtained. Based on the structural parameters of a towercrane attachment device used in engineering, the correctness and effectiveness of the present method are validated by the finite element software.
