摘要
为了解决塔式起重机三杆式弹性附着装置的内力计算问题,本文应用平衡力矩法推导了三杆式附着结构在一般非对称安装条件下杆件内力计算的显式解析公式,得到了附着装置各方向解耦的支撑刚度,并得到了其退化为对称结构时杆件内力及支撑刚度的解析表达。运用本文的方法对实际塔机附着装置进行计算分析,通过有限元软件验证了本文计算方法的正确性和有效性。
In order to calculate the internal forces of the three-bar-type elastic attachment device of the tower crane, the equilibrium moment method is used to derive the explicit analytical expression of the internal forces on condition of the general asymmetric installation, and the corresponding decoupled support stiffness is obtained. Furthermore, the analytical expressions of the internal forces and the support stiffness are established by degenerating the asymmetric attachment into a symmetric one. Based on the structural parameters of a tower-crane attachment device used in the engineering, the correctness and effectiveness of the present method are validated by the finite element software.
