摘要
广西柳州风情港柳宗元雕塑工程施工中,塔式起重机无法直接附着结构主体时,需架设安装独立的钢架体系作为塔式起重机附着主体。详细描述钢架制作、运输、拼装焊接、吊装全过程,形成一套完整的施工工艺。采用MATLAB和SAP2000软件进行模拟分析与受力计算,验证与校核钢架承载力,保证塔式起重机施工的安全性能。根据工程实际特点,制定科学、合理的安装方法。
When the tower crane can not directly be attached to the structure body in the construction of Liuzongyuan Sculpture project in Liuzhou Custom Port of Guangxi, it is necessary to install an independent steel frame system as the attached body of the tower crane. The whole process of making, transporting, assembling and welding, hoisting and installation of steel frame is described in detail, and a complete set of construction technology is formed. MATLAB and SAP2000 software are used to simulate analysis and stress calculation, verify and check the bearing capacity of steel frame, ensure the safety performance of tower crane construction. According to the actual characteristics of the project, a scientific and reasonable installation method is formulated.
