摘要
根据地方本科高校应用型人才培养要求,并结合工程教育认证标准,提出了基于OBE理念的优化人才培养方案(课程设置)、改进教学方式方法、加大实践平台建设力度、调整师资结构和加强专业教师工程实践继续教育在应用型地方本科院校环境工程专业建设的构想。
According to the requirements of application-oriented talents training in local undergraduate colleges, combined with the standards of engineering education certification, paper proposes the idea of optimizing a talent training program(course setting), improving teaching methods, strengthening the construction of practice platform, adjusting teacher structure and strengthening engineering practice with continuing education for the professional teachers delivering professional courses based on the outcome based education(OBE)conception.
