摘要
为满足应用型人才培养需求,加强对学生能力的培养,以石家庄学院环境生态工程专业为例,基于需求导向教育(OBE)与项目驱动理念探索出由实验—实践—课程实习—顶岗实习—毕业设计组成的“阶梯式”实践课程体系,以及由专业教育(项目驱动)+技能培训(证书+竞赛)+生产实践(顶岗实习+毕业设计)组成的三位一体的培养模式.分析认为:应用型专业人才培养体系的建设需立足区域社会经济发展和产业需求,以OBE理念为指导,以项目驱动为主线,以校企合作和软硬件资源为保障,统筹考虑人才培养目标、专业教育、生产实习与毕业要求.同时,需要及时掌握行业动态,通过教学改革与机制完善,不断提升学生素能培养水平,使专业的办学特色越来越突出.
In order to meet the demand of professional engineering certification and strengthen the cultivation of student's ability,this paper explores the"cascade"of practical curriculum system made up of experiment-practicecourse practice-field practice-undergraduate design,and the training mode of professional education,skills training and competition,production practice based on the concept of OBE and project driven,taking the specialty of environmental ecology engineering in Shijiazhuang University as an example.It analyzes that the construction of application-oriented professional talent training system needs to base on regional socio-economic development and industrial demand,guided by the OBE concept,project driven as the main line,guaranteed by school-enterprise cooperation and software and hardware resources,and comprehensively consider the talent training goals,professional education,production internship and graduation requirements.At the same time,it is necessary to grasp the industry dynamics in a timely manner,and continuously improve the level of student quality training through teaching reform and mechanism improvement,so that the characteristics of professional school-running become more and more prominent.
