摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)作为基体树脂,长玻璃纤维作为增强体,马来酸酐接枝PP (PP-g-MAH)作为相容剂,通过挤出、注塑制成玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GFPP)复合材料。通过添加不同的硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(JH-A110)、N-(2-氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(JH-A112)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(JH-V151)来增强玻璃纤维与树脂间的界面黏合力,以有效地提高复合材料的综合性能。测试了改性复合材料的力学性能,结果表明,硅烷偶联剂的加入可以有效提高长玻璃纤维增强PP的综合性能。且通过色度仪测试、二次元玻璃纤维保留长度分析以及扫描电子显微镜断面形貌观察,表明加入JH-A110后,玻璃纤维与树脂基体间形成了良好的界面且没有明显的黄化现象,综合性能改善效果达到最佳。
Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene( GFPP) composites were prepared by extrusion and injection molding with polypropylene( PP) as matrix resin,long glass fiber as reinforcement and maleic anhydride grafting PP( PP-g-MAH) as compatible agent.In order to effectively improve the comprehensive properties of the composites,three kinds of silane coupling agents such as 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane( JH-A110),N-( 2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane( JH-A112) and vinyltriethoxysilane( JH-V151) were added to enhance the interfacial adhesion between glass fiber and resin.The mechanical properties of modified composites were tested,and the results show that the addition of silane coupling agent could effectively improve the comprehensive properties of long-glass fiber reinforced polypropylene.Through the colorimeter test,the analysis of the retention length of quadratic glass fiber and the observation of cross-sectional morphology by scanning electron microscope,it shows that after adding JH-A110,a good interface between glass fiber and resin matrix is formed,and there is no obvious yellowing phenomenon,and the improvement effect of comprehensive properties is the best.
