摘要
为研究含铂金(Pt)催化剂、氢氧化铝(ATH)热硫化(HTV)硅橡胶(SR)的阻燃抑烟性能,以ATH为阻燃剂制备Pt催化体系阻燃SR。通过氧指数和垂直燃烧测试确定Pt催化剂对SR的阻燃性能影响,选取阻燃效果最好的Pt催化剂用量配方制备含ATH阻燃SR,再通过氧指数测试、垂直燃烧测试、锥形量热仪测试和烟密度测试研究不同质量分数ATH对SR阻燃抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:Pt催化剂用量为1 wt%时,阻燃效果最好,随着ATH添加量由0增加至40 wt%,SR氧指数由27.9%增长至42.1%,点燃时间由36 s增加至192 s,总热释放量由18.9 KJ/m^2降至4.5 KJ/m^2,下降了76.1%.热释放速率峰值量由162.2 KW/m^2下降至53.3 KW/m^2,下降了67.1%,ATH添加量大于28 wt%时,SR阻燃等级达到UL-94V-0级。添加24 wt%ATH时最大烟密度和烟密度等级最低。综合考虑阻燃性能和抑烟性能,添加28 wt%ATH时SR的阻燃抑烟效果最好。
In order to study the flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of platinum-containing catalyst(Pt),aluminium hydroxide(ATH)thermally vulcanized(HTV)silicone rubber(SR),flame retardant SR in Pt catalyst system was prepared with ATH as a flame retardant.The effects of Pt catalyst on flame retardancy of SR were determined by oxygen index and vertical combustion test.The best formula of Pt catalyst was selected to prepare flame retardant SR containing ATH.The effects of different mass fractions of ATH on flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance of SR were studied by oxygen index test,vertical combustion test,cone calorimeter test and smoke density test.The results showed that the flame retardant effect was the best when the amount of Pt catalyst was 1 wt%.With the increase of ATH content from 0 to 40 wt%,SR Oindex increased from 27.9%to 42.1%,ignition time increased from 36 s to 192 s,and the total heat release decreased from 18.9 KJ/m^2 to 4.5 KJ/m^2,a 76.1%decrease.The peak heat release rate decreased by 67.1%from 162.2 to 53.3 KW/m^2.When ATH content was more than 28 wt%,SR flame retardant grade reached UL-94 V-0.When 24 wt%ATH was added,the maximum smoke density and smoke density grade were the lowest.Considering the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties,SR has the best flame retardant and smoke suppression effect with 28 wt%ATH added.
