摘要 目的::优选金铃子颗粒的提取工艺。方法:用正交试验法考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等因素对提取工艺的影响,以干浸膏得率和延胡索乙素含量为考察指标,烘干法测定干浸膏得率,高效液相色谱法测定延胡索乙素含量。结果:加10倍量水,煎煮1 h,煎煮3次为最佳提取工艺。结论:优选的工艺合理可行、重复性良好、提取效率高,适合于工业化生产。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Jinlingzi granules.Methods:The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with water volume,extraction times and extraction duration as the influencing factors.The dry extract rate and the content of tetahydropalmatine were used as the evaluation indices.The dry extract rate was determined by a drying method,and the content of tetahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:water was 10 times of the medicinal materials,and the decoction duration was 1 h with 3 extraction times.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology is repeatable,reasonable and feasible with high efficiency,which is suitable for the industrial production.
