摘要 目的:用多指标综合加权评价优选麻黄附子细辛汤的提取纯化工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定指标成分含量,以盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、细辛脂素、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱和干浸膏得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选水提和醇沉工艺参数。结果:麻黄附子细辛汤的最佳提取工艺为:药材加12、10、10倍量水提取3次,分别提取60、30、30 min。最佳纯化工艺为:药液浓缩至1 g药材·m L^-1,醇沉浓度60%,0. 2倍药材量的60%乙醇洗涤沉淀。结论:正交试验优选后,最佳工艺稳定可行,可作为麻黄附子细辛汤的提取和纯化工艺。 Objective: To optimize the extraction and purification process of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction. Methods: With ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,asarinin,benzoyl aconine,benzoyl mesaconitine,benzoyl hypaconitine and yield of extract as indexes,the contents of these were determined by HPLC. The extraction time,extraction times and the amount of solvents of extraction technology were investigated by L9( 34) orthogonal test. Results: Optimum extraction conditions were extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water with 60,30,30 minutes for each time. Optimum purification conditions were 1 g·m L^-1 solution was precipitated with 60% ethanol,0. 2 times the amount of ethanol washing. Conclusion: The optimum process is stable and effective after the orthogonal experiment,which can be used as the extraction and purification process of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction.
