摘要
采用草酸-草酸铵(Tamm)浸提耕地土壤中的有效钼,通过两种不同前处理方式处理后,试样无需分离富集,以103 Rh为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定浸提液中钼(98 Mo)。通过t检验表明两种方法不存在显著性差异,均能满足分析需要。方法2的检出限、定量限、精密度优于方法1,且耗时较短。为土壤有效钼的测定提供了一种准确、快速的方法,适用于大量样品的分析测试。
The available molybdenum(98 Mo)in the soil was extracted by using Tamm solution.Two different pretreatment methods were adopted,then the samples were determined directly by ICP-MS with 103 Rh as the internal standard element.T-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two pretreatment methods,and both could meet the needs of analysis.The detection limit,quantitative limit and precision of method 2 were better than that of method 1,and the time consumed was shorter.This study has provided an accurate and rapid method for the determination of available molybdenum in soil of cultivated land,which is suitable for the analysis of large numbers of samples.
