摘要
本文通过实验建立了一种快速高压消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定地质样品中微量锆、铪两种元素的分析方法。针对国家标准(GB/T 17416.2—2010)锆矿石化学分析方法第二部分(锆量和铪量测定)标准中使用X射线荧光光谱法操作繁琐、测试成本高的问题,不适用于大面积的地质普查项目,本文进行一系列的研究建立了一种十分简便、快速、准确的地质样品中微量锆、铪的分析方法。本方法使用七个国家标准物质GBW07103、GBW07104、GBW07105、GBW07106、GBW07107、GBW07109、GBW07114进行了方法验证,分别进行12次分析测定,所得结果的精密度、准确度均符合地质样品的分析测试标准要求,可用于对大量地质样品快速准确的测定。
In this paper, a rapid high-pressure digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of zirconium and hafnium in geological samples is established. A series of studies were carried out on the second part of the chemical analysis method of zirconium ore(determination of zirconium content and hafnium content) in the National Standard(GB/T 17416.2—2010), which successfully solved the problems of complicated operation, high test cost, and not suitable for large-scale geological survey projects of using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in the National Standard, and established a very simple, fast and accurate analysis method of zirconium and hafnium in geological samples. The method was validated by seven National Standard Materials GBW07103, GBW07104, GBW07105, GBW07106, GBW07107, GBW07109 and GBW07114. The results were analyzed and determined for 12 times respectively. The precision and accuracy of the results meet the requirements of the analysis and test standards of geological samples, and can be used for rapid and accurate determination of a large number of geological samples.
