摘要
在现代化工程项目管理过程中,企业引进了EPC总承包模式,涉及工程设计、采购、施工和调试等各个环节,其中存在一系列影响因素,阻碍了项目管理工作的顺利实施。为了实现总承包企业的进一步发展,相关管理部门需要明确工程项目设计目标,建立完善的EPC总承包管理组织,文章主要对EPC总包项目设计管理的实践进行了研究。
In the process of modern project management,enterprises have introduced EPC general contracting mode,which involves engineering design,procurement,construction and commissioning,among which there are a series of influencing factors,which hinder the smooth implementation of project management.In order to realize the further development of general contracting enterprises,the relevant management departments need to make clear the design objectives of engineering projects and establish a perfect EPC general contracting management organization.This paper mainly studies the practice of EPC general contracting project design and management.
