摘要
目的了解子宫内膜异位症致痛经的临床护理效果。方法将我院2016年5月至2018年12月的70例子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者,随机分组,常规服务组给予一般护理,针对性组开展针对性护理干预。比较两组满意度;子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者遵医行为评分;护理前后痛经程度、焦虑症状、生活质量;睡眠障碍的发生。结果针对性组的满意度是35例(100.00%),常规服务组则是28例(80.00%),P<0.05。护理前两组痛经程度、焦虑症状、生活质量接近,P>0.05;护理后针对性组痛经程度、焦虑症状、生活质量优于常规服务组,P<0.05。针对性组子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者遵医行为评分优于常规服务组,P<0.05,针对性组子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者遵医行为评分是(96.24±3.78)分,而常规服务组子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者遵医行为评分是(84.01±2.21)分。针对性组睡眠障碍的发生更少,P<0.05。针对性组睡眠障碍的发生有1例,而常规服务组睡眠障碍的发生有8例。结论子宫内膜异位症致痛经患者实施针对性护理干预效果确切,可有效提高患者的遵医行为,并减少睡眠障碍的发生,减轻痛经,缓解焦虑和改善生活质量,获得患者的认可和满意。
Objective To understand the clinical nursing effect of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Methods 70 patients with dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups,the general service group was given general care,and the targeted group carried out targeted nursing interventions.Satisfaction between the two groups was compared;endometriosisinduced dysmenorrhea patients'compliance behavior scores;dysmenorrhea before and after nursing,anxiety symptoms,and quality of life;and the occurrence of sleep disorders.Results The satisfaction rate of the targeted group was 35 cases(100.00%),and the regular service group was 28 cases(80.00%),P<0.05.The degree of dysmenorrhea,anxiety symptoms,and quality of life in the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the degree of dysmenorrhea,anxiety symptoms,and quality of life in the targeted group after nursing were better than those in the conventional service group,P<0.05.The end-user endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea patient compliance score was better than the conventional service group,P<0.05.The end-group endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea patient compliance behavior score was(96.24±3.78)points.The compliance score of patients with dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis in the routine service group was(84.01±2.21)points.The incidence of sleep disorders was less in the targeted group,P<0.05.There was 1 case of sleep disorder in the targeted group,and 8 cases of sleep disorder in the conventional service group.Conclusion The specific nursing intervention effect of endometriosis causing dysmenorrhea can effectively improve the patient's compliance behavior,reduce the occurrence of sleep disorders,relieve dysmenorrhea,relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life,and obtain the patient's approval and satisfaction.
